Ascar Sudi holds a bachelor's degree in Community Development from Daystar University in Kenya. She worked with Abantu for development for 3 years in development and advocacy issues affecting marginalized communities.

She has been working with OVDF for the last 10 years as the programs manager managing the micro-lending program and now leads the OVDF Scholar program.
